According to Arkansas state law, we are unable to purchase the alcohol on behalf of the client. The client is responsible for the purchase of alcohol, however, we will assist you through the entire ordering process. We can provide pick up/delivery of alcohol, as well as returns of any un-opened or damaged containers for a 100% refund to the client. We work closely with our own local liquor shop, offering our clients a 10% off discount on all liquor and wine purchased through us.

Yes! We are licensed and insured. We also offer all of our clients the option of a "dry event", meaning no alcohol. We work closely with our clients to provide them with custom mocktails tailored to their event.

We do have a portable bar, white, that we are able to offer at any event (included in the pricing). We also work closely with local venues that offer their own bar area that we are more than happy to use if the client prefers.

Unfortunately we currently only provide services local to NWA. This would be the Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville regions are surrounding cities or towns. But do not let this stop you from inquiring with us!

At the time of signing, a $350 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. If the client cancels the event or terminates the agreement within 30 days of the scheduled event date, the remaining balance will still be owed to Vine and Vespers, unless both parties mutually agree to alternative terms in writing.

Yes, we work with the client on creating a complete customizable menu and print it out to showcase it on the day of the event and for the clients to take home.

During this follow-up, we’ll review your responses together, answer any questions, and go over any important details to make sure everything is accurate before moving forward.
